This blog chronicles my life as a Customer Service Rep for my state's Call-Before-You-Dig center. Mostly, it is the daily conversations I have with my idiot callers. some of the posts are about funny stuff that happens in my workplace. Some are about conversions I have as a customer calling a CSR or how I deal with telemarketers.
